Birthnday Rewards Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Birthnday Rewards Program ("Rewards Program"), offered by the Birthnday Platform ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms are in addition to our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Overview

Birthnday Rewards is a points-based program that recognizes and tracks user contributions to the platform. The program is discretionary, non-transferable, and may be modified or terminated by us at any time.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Rewards Program, you must:

Be a registered user of the Birthnday platform
Maintain a good-standing account
Comply with our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use

You will be automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program if you meet the above conditions. We may revoke access at any time, at our sole discretion.

3. How Rewards Work

You earn Reward Points by completing eligible platform actions ("Point Actions"). The actions and their corresponding points may change at any time.

Your Reward Points are tracked during a Reward Window (30-day period), starting from when you first earn points. At the end of each Reward Window, your Reward Points will expire unless we indicate otherwise.

Reward Points may be converted into bonus levels or other benefits as determined solely by Birthnday. We may offer monetary bonuses (if any) at our discretion. Such bonuses, if provided, will be one-time, non-recurring, and subject to eligibility and platform verification.

4. No Cash Value

Reward Points have no cash value unless otherwise stated. Points are not property, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or sold. Accrued Reward Points may be forfeited upon account termination

5. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to:

Add, modify, or delete any terms of the Rewards Program
Adjust or correct point allocations due to system errors
Suspend or terminate your participation without notice

6. Legal Disclaimer

We do not use terms such as fund, pool, allocation, or virtual money. We only refer to:

Reward Points (internal measurement)
Bonuses (optional benefits)
Levels (user status)
Eligibility (qualification criteria)

Any reference to monetary value is indicative and does not constitute an obligation to pay. The Birthnday Rewards Program is a discretionary and non-contractual rewards system.
